At Bee Brothers Honey, we take immense pride in delivering 100% pure, organic products from our hives to your home. While we ensure the highest standards of quality and packaging, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Here is how we handle returns and refunds to ensure you have a worry-free experience.

Damaged or Leaked Package

We use premium packaging materials to ensure your honey arrives safely. However, if your order is damaged during transit due to courier mishandling:

  • Please take clear photographs of the damaged box and the product immediately upon delivery.
  • Send these photos to us via our Contact Form, Email, or WhatsApp.
  • Once verified, we will dispatch a brand new replacement completely free of cost.
Important: Your email/message subject must be:
"Damaged Package - [Your Order ID] - [Your Name]"

Received the Wrong Item?

If you received a product different from what you ordered (e.g., Jaggery instead of Honey), we apologize for the mix-up.

  • Contact our support team immediately.
  • We will verify your order details and arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
  • If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, please provide your Bank Account or UPI details.

Refund Timeline

If a monetary refund is approved:

  • The refund process will be initiated within 7-10 working days after we receive your claim (or the returned product).
  • If you are asked to return the item, please share the Courier Tracking ID with us to speed up the process.
